cut at Conjugate gradient. Also copied in Remez, Zolotarev, Chebyshev from
Mike Clark, Tony Kennedy and my BFM package respectively since we know we will
need these. I wanted the structure of
algorithms/approx
algorithms/iterative
etc.. to start taking shape.
